David and Margaret were both born in London, England and have lived in Hawaii since 2000. Margaret runs the accounting department for an organic co-op supermarket and David is the chief photographer for a media publishing company
They have two sons, Mark and Aaron who are both married.
Both David and Margaret desire to help others find a fuller relationship with God.
Ed was born and raised in Southern California. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and found his calling in education after serving as a short term missionary in Japan. In 1993, he married his college sweetheart, Helen, and that is where the adventure began! He finished his teaching credential program from Cal State East Bay and later received his Master of Education and Principal Certification from the University of Washington where they raised their two boys.
He moved to Hawaii almost eight years ago, where he served as a bi-vocational minister. He is currently in the Doctor of Education program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has experienced time and time again that God is good, and that He provides, and that He is love, and that is what he wants to share with others.
Mark was born and raised in Honolulu. He began his relationship with Jesus his senior year in high school. After starting studies at the University of Hawaii he took a year off to attend Capernwray Bible school and backpack through Europe, where he met his wife, Betsy. Mark completed his Bachelor's degree at Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, followed by post graduate studies at Gonzaga University.
He and Betsy were volunteer leaders in Young Life in Hawaii and Washington. They raised their family of three, Levi, Aaron and Rachel while residing in Washington. Mark believes in growth in Christ through community. He enjoys teaming up with Betsy to be hospitable and loves meeting and connecting with people.
Steve grew up in rural central Pennsylvania where he enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, and soccer throughout high school. He moved to Philadelphia for college at the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Economics and went on to become an IT specialist. College was also where he met his lovely wife, Eun. They got married in 2002 and have three kids - Beren, Emma, and Kyriella.
Through his time spent with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and in great churches after college, he has developed a heart for prayer and helping others get connected to Jesus.
